Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was generally pleasant. The rooms were what I expected from a Royalton—clean and comfortable. However, I wouldn't recommend upgrading to the Diamond Club right now since it lacks many perks, like access to specialty restaurants and the spa. While the staff was attentive, the overall experience could have been better due to some operational issues. The dining options were plentiful, which I appreciated, and the facilities were well-kept, offering a decent stay overall.
I found the hotel to have its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but paying for the Diamond Club level didn't seem worth it as many perks weren't available during my stay. The service was a bit disappointing at times, especially when help was needed, but the small reception area was nice and relaxing. While the amenities weren't fully operational, I enjoyed my time overall, though I wouldn't say it was the best value for the extra cost.
My stay at the hotel was mostly pleasant. The rooms offered that standard Royalton comfort and cleanliness, but I felt that paying for the Diamond Club level wasn't worth it at the moment since many of the perks weren't available. While I enjoyed the friendly service I received, it was frustrating to find some key facilities like the spa and waterpark closed. Overall, it was a decent experience but not without its drawbacks.
The hotel has clean and comfortable rooms that are what I expected from Royalton, but I wouldn’t recommend splurging on the Diamond Club level right now. Unfortunately, many perks like the specialty restaurants and spa are not available at the moment, which diminishes the value. Overall, it has potential but currently lacks some of the amenities that would make it a better experience.
The stay at this hotel was quite an experience. The rooms were up to par with what I expect from a Royalton, clean and comfortable. However, I wouldn't recommend opting for the Diamond Club level right now since many of the perks like the specialty restaurants and spa are closed. The location is nice, but there's a lot left to be desired when it comes to open amenities. Overall, it feels like we didn't get our money's worth due to the limited services.
