My stay at the hotel was generally pleasant. The rooms were what I expected from a Royalton—clean and comfortable. However, I wouldn't recommend upgrading to the Diamond Club right now since it lacks many perks, like access to specialty restaurants and the spa. The dining options were plentiful, which I appreciated, and the facilities were well-kept, offering a decent stay overall.
